At Mynt Automotive, we want you to be completely happy with our products. We produce all goods in-house, and understand that occasionally a variation may exist. You should always know that we will work to put things right in all cases.
If there is something wrong with the product you have received, or if a product is missing, please contact customer service firstname.lastname@example.org. If you send us an e-mail, please try to include as much information as possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the unused products in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of receipt. We apologise, but we cannot offer free returns. You must pay for the return postage, and accept liability for any damage in transit. We ask that you package the products securely to minimise the risk of damage. Please use a trackable service, and keep your proof of postage until we arrange a refund, credit note or replacement.
When we receive the products back, we will only be able to refund the original purchase price. We will not be able to refund your original shipping charge.
Please note that when you return a product it is very important to enclose the order number as well as your name and address.

It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 48 hours.
